These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our skip hire services in Bayswater. By hiring a skip from us, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with these terms or any part of them, you must not use our services.
2. Definitions

- Client: The individual or entity hiring the skip services.
- Skip: The container provided for waste disposal.
- Waste: Any unwanted or unusable materials placed in the skip.
3. Service Availability
Our skip hire services are available to clients within the Bayswater area. We strive to maintain availability but reserve the right to refuse service due to various factors such as severe weather conditions, high demand periods, or other operational constraints.
4. Booking and Reservations
All bookings must be made in advance. Clients are required to provide accurate information regarding the size of the skip needed, the duration of hire, and the delivery location. We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead to ensure availability.
4.1. Booking Confirmation
Upon receiving a booking request, we will confirm the reservation via email or phone. This confirmation will include details such as the skip size, delivery and collection dates, and total cost.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, excluding applicable taxes.
5.1. Late Payments
In the event of late payments, we reserve the right to impose additional fees or suspend services until the outstanding amount is settled.
6. Hire Duration
The standard hire period is 7 days from the date of delivery. Extensions may be requested but are subject to availability and additional charges.

7. Skip Placement
The client is responsible for ensuring that the skip is placed in a safe and accessible location. The placement must comply with local regulations and should not obstruct public pathways or pose a hazard to individuals.
7.1. Access Restrictions
Clients must ensure that there is sufficient space for the skip tires to be lowered and that no overhead obstructions are present. Unauthorized placement of skips may result in additional charges or removal of the skip at the client's expense.
8. Prohibited Waste
Clients must not dispose of prohibited items in the skip. Such items include but are not limited to:
- Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, asbestos)
- Electrical appliances containing refrigerants
- Flammable liquids
- Biological waste
- Medicines and pharmaceuticals
Failure to comply may result in the client being held liable for the safe disposal of these items and any associated costs.
9. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate reporting of waste types and quantities.
- Obtain necessary permits for skip placement.
- Maintain the condition of the skip and report any damages immediately.
- Ensure that the skip is not overloaded beyond its capacity.
10. Service Provider Responsibilities
- Deliver the skip to the designated location within the agreed timeframe.
- Provide appropriate skip sizes to meet the client's needs.
- Collect and remove the skip at the end of the hire period.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental and waste disposal regulations.
11. Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the skip hire services. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the skip is used safely and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11.1. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the skip hire services.
12. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement at any time if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the client will be liable for any outstanding payments and may incur additional charges for the premature collection of the skip.
13. Privacy Policy
All personal information provided by the client will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and ensuring that their information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
14. Governing Law
